Refund policy

RETURN POLICY:


We offer hassle-free returns within 14 days the date you receive your order. Please note that some items are exempt from this policy such as sale, Chiffon, formal wear, Silk suits, heavy party wear and bridal items.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be:


- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

- Accompanied by all tags and original packaging, which must be complete.


Your refund will be processed within 14 days from the date we confirm receipt of your item.


If an item is physically damaged or incorrect, it must be reported on the day of delivery to be eligible for a full refund. Please ensure that the following conditions are met regarding the condition of the goods:


- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.

- All tags and original packaging must be intact.


In cases where a refund is approved, it will be processed only through the original mode of payment. Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund transfer to be completed.


Please note that we cannot take responsibility for your parcel until it arrives back at our facility.

Faulty Goods Policy:


We take great care when packaging and dispatching our items to ensure quality. All products undergo a thorough quality control inspection before being shipped. However, if you receive a faulty item, please contact us and reference your order number. We aim to respond within 24 hours.


Please note the following important points:


- We must be informed of any faulty goods on the day of delivery; otherwise, we cannot be held liable for any claims of damage reported after this period.

- Faults are only considered in relation to the physical condition of the item. The following issues are not covered under our faulty goods policy:

  - "Does not look like the picture"

  - "Quality concerns"

*Please be aware that sale items are not eligible for returns under our faulty goods policy.*


*Please note that this policy does not apply to Party wear or Chiffon items due to the nature of these products. There are strictly no refunds or exchanges on these items under any circumstances.*


Sale Items Policy:


Items on sale may be reduced for various reasons.

Please note that any discrepancies related to a sale item will not be classified as a fault. As a result, sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.


Returning the Product:


Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a faulty product. In such cases, we will reimburse you for the cost of postage, up to the following limits:


- £3.50 for parcels up to 2KG

- £6.00 for parcels up to 5KG


To receive reimbursement, please provide proof of postage.


Please note that the buyer remains liable for the goods until they reach us. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery method, as we will not be responsible for any parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.


If a delivery is rejected for any reason other than damaged packaging, a 50% fee of the order value will be applied, and future purchases may be restricted. This policy helps maintain our relationship and respect with our couriers.


Returns will only be accepted if the item is unused, includes all tags, and is in a resaleable condition.
